IconEditor (“the service”) is a free web application for creating icon files. It is provided as-is, without warranty of any kind, and may change or be discontinued at any time.

You keep all rights to the images you import and the icons you create. You are responsible for making sure you have the right to use any image you upload. You grant us only the transient technical permission needed to process an image and return the result to you.

Do not use the service to process unlawful content, to attack or overload the servers, or to circumvent its limits (for example the 20 MB upload size). Automated bulk use of the processing API requires prior written permission.

Icons you export may be used for any purpose, personal or commercial, without attribution. We make no guarantee that a given icon will render as expected on every version of Windows or every browser.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the service, including loss of data stored in your browser.
